Roco is home to creative business, from freelancers to agencies our community is made up of talented people with a passion for what they do. We have 35 studios in total occupying 7 Georgian listed houses, 11 of them opening on phase one filling up within a couple of weeks. Phase 2 sees us open the 24 beautiful and light new studios in July this year for which we are currently taking applications and reservations.
Studio Space
Studios in our listed terraces range from 200-600 sq ft, all services including high speed broadband are provided. We are a growing community of creative people who value the work we do and the people who do it.
Membership
As a studio resident at Roco you become part of a group of super creative all stars, you will receive a membership card which among other things gives you 20% discount in our cafe bar BROOD and 10% in our retail space. BOOM!
